I
am so grateful for all of the many blessings in my life, which
includes my good friends Julie, Angela and Tom, and others too
numerous to mention.
Thank
You
I
wish to thank Justin, my most supportive and loving husband for
his presence in my life, my sister Trudi for her lifelong companionship
as friend and confidant without whom life's challenges would have
been a greater burden and without whom life's joys would be less
celebrated, to my parents and family who provide me with a solid
base and grounding to go out and be myself in the world.

Journaling Gratitude
In the front page of your Gratitude Journal list
20 things you could do in any given day that takes an hour to a
few moments, things that really make you feel good;
Take a walk
Go for a hike
Call a friend or write a letter or e-mail
Journal about your week's goals
Plan a weekend away
Take a few moments to just sit quietly and day dream
Do something nice for someone
Do something nice for yourself
Light a candle with dinner
Plan a really healthy meal
Read a book instead of watching TV
Read a paragraph from an inspirational book
Now on each page of your gratitude journal which
I recommend you fill in at night, first note down what you did that
day that could be put on the list or is from the list.
Follow it with, at least five things you are grateful
even if its the same things each day, and dont forget to be grateful
to your heart for beating and your eyes for seeing and your legs
for carrying you around all day long.

If
the only prayer
you
ever say is
Thank
You
that
would be enough! |
